    Simpson College is pleased to offer workforce partnerships designed to meet the needs of adult learners and working professionals. To become a workforce partner, complete the below form. 

    Discount on Tuition
    Upon signing this Agreement, employees of the company or organization will be eligible to receive a discount of up to 20% on tuition for select degree programs offered by Simpson College.

    Program Eligibility
    The discount offered under this Agreement applies to degree programs and certificates offered by Simpson College, subject to program availability and eligibility requirements. Employees must meet the admission criteria and enrollment requirements established by Simpson College for each respective program.

    Verification of Employment: Company or organization agrees to verify the employment status of its employees each semester or term in which they are enrolled in a degree program at Simpson College. Verification may include providing documentation or certification of employment to Simpson College's designated representative. Simpson College reserves the right to verify the eligibility of students for the tuition discount based on their employment status with company or organization.

    Promotion and Marketing: Simpson College and company or organization agree to collaborate on promoting the availability of the tuition discount to eligible employees and company or organization shall be provided the opportunity to review and approve of said collaborative promotional materials. This may include joint marketing efforts, informational sessions, and other promotional activities as mutually agreed upon by both parties. Company or organization will retain full discretion over the type and frequency of promotional activities it engages in related to the tuition discount.

Company or organization will retain full discretion over the type and frequency of promotional activities it engages in related to the tuition discount.
    Duration of Agreement: This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and remain in effect unless terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, company or organization employees will no longer receive a tuition discount for classes enrolled in after termination and Simpson College will no longer use company or organization’s name in association with its tuition discount program.

    Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of their partnership and to use such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement.

    This Workforce Partnership Agreement is entered into by and between Simpson College and the company or organization. Nothing herein is intended nor shall be construed as creating any exclusive arrangement between Simpson College and the company or organization.
