AI in Action: Hands-On with GPT Apply the concepts from the first session as you design and build a simple “business GPT, such as a market-summary tool, HR assistant or customer FAQ bot. You will engage with OpenAI tools, learn prompt engineering basics, and walk away with a working prototype and the confidence to create more.
